Karl,

On the public dole? Not me, I work for a living. I manage a producing perlite mine, the largest in the United States. I do have internet access through the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology. I also teach one class a year at the college for which my only compensation is my internet access and a gym pass. This semester I am teaching mine ventilation. Next year I will probably teach a class on mining economics.

I am not really down on MGAU. They seem to be making some very wise decisions. They have shown an interest in the marble and also conventional gold mining. I also think that their recent moves to distant themselves from IPM will help them with credibility in the future. However, I have observed that the Naxos shareholders have been lamenting the fact that they do not have any mining expertise on their board of directors. I do think it would be in MGAU's best interest, for attracting new shareholders to have some mining expertise on their board of directors.
