All this talk about suing the DTC. Sound to me like they have something you want and can't get... or should I say something the District Court judge refused to give you. Bummer. Without that certain something in your possession it looks like a short squeeze is an impossibility at this point. Better luck next lawsuit.

Still waiting for the AZNT press release about the court order. If it's so favorable to AZNT why don't they post it here in its entirety?
