alan-- no, they arent since they wouldnt know a network router from a roto router<G>. but...they, and other small investors are causing this...through their ownership of mutual fund shares, and the redemption thereof. pop rocks and 7-up? i thought it was sprite. thats what happened to a friend of a friend of a friend's cousin's sister's uncle's kid<G>. i did talk to the broker i use at SSB (no, no margin call for me...dont worry<G>), and he did say it had been a pretty bad day calling people. the shit heal was having his assistant do it<G>. good luck to all, trey
