Yes, it is better to bite the bullet on the Oct55s and salvage _some_ capital so you can participate in the upcoming collapse.. I don't think it will happen until after their earnings. Remember, Because of the way the friday falls in november, you've got more-than-usual amount of time premium.. (16th expiration in oct, but expiration for Nov is the 20th)

That is plenty of time for people to digest that Amzn is a hopeless cause. The sad fact is that many people who helped run the stock up over the last 2 months don't even KNOW that they lost money last quarter! I occasionally ask my tech-head friends about Amazon, and EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM tells me they thought Amazon was making a ton of cash.. And these are guys who program software for a living, do web design, etc. The earnings report is going to be a big glaring reminder that this pig HAS NEVER EARNED A DIME.
