KO now more expensive than CSCO. Go figure. Just another sign that mutual funds are run by 25-year-old lemmings.

Unless the options were granted very recently (the last few months), they are still worth a lot, for CSCO and MSFT. It's companies like MU, MOT, and AMD who have to worry about raising wages to counterbalance the loss of option incentive. Actually, what they are more likely to do is re-price existing options.

If CSCO's balance sheet suffers because of this, almost every other company will suffer more, because almost every other company's stock has gone up less. Ask yourself, would you be happier holding stock options from CSCO, or from _______ (insert tech company of choice here)?
