I find it very hard to believe you know AZNT CEO Michael Sylver at all as you keep spelling his name "Silver". Or is there a reason for that?

rico i must go now we will talk tonight! jboxford only bought themselfs time by sending it into dtc. that is all! just a delay tactic rico!

Spidey, you've taken too many steroids or too many punches or both. If it's AZNT stuff that you have been taking then you surely have grounds for suing them. Bought themselfs time? Harvard, Stanford? Will you not stop your savaging of our higher educational system?

But my real question, your apparent ignorance notwithstanding, is I guess the short squeeze has been put on hold once again, eh? Michael Sylver must be running out of time here - no real products, no real distribution, no financials (real or otherwise), no auditor, no Transfer Agent, no filings of any sort for almost 2 months. And all he occupies himself with is this Don Quixote quest for a short sale so he can what? Make another private placement? Cash in some of his own shares? Make a few bucks for his Daddy? For his cronies? This is looking like one dying and bloated whale spastically gasping for air, praying for a high tide that is never coming.

Short squeeze. Hah.

Are we on something, or are we not? Let us attempt to analyse this idiotic post.

jboxford only bought themselfs [sic] time by sending it into dtc.

Sending WHAT into the DTC?

dtc is frozen. the only way they can send it back is if silver lifts freeze.

I'm afraid I understood from your earlier posts that the DTC had REFUSED to comply with Mikey's request to melt the freeze. And that therefore the judge would have to "compel" the DTC to comply.

but rico silver will not fall for this childrens game it would be admitting shares are free trading and they are not!

Let me attempt a bit of exegesis here: what you're saying is that it's the court's opinion that Andy Mann's shares are indeed free trading (we'll discuss why they are another time, okay?), and that that's also the DTC's opinion.

Uh-oh. So: Andy's not short. Well, those of us who were not entirely braindead did know that. I DID post it ages ago. He is, in fact, long. Uh-oh again. No more short position.

And let me make another wild guess: AZNT isn't in a position to force any of the defendants in the case to cover any conceivable short.

Heheh.

And a bit of free advice for AZNT: don't try to sue the DTC. You'll lose. And so will shareholders. They're already holding the bag for considerable legal bills, I don't doubt.
