Joe --that is extremely good news, considering the way the stock has been acting today--seems like we have lots of nervousness and panicked
sellers--but at least we are still above our yearly low!

I wasn't going to mention this, since I always get so much grief for my "association" with M. Zwebner, but....did any others of you receive this invitation? This is the first contact I have had with either MZ or CZ since last March or April, I believe. I asked him to send me a copy of the prospectus. I ALSO asked him if he had any idea when they would be done selling shares. Not having received a response, I felt he was fair game.

Joe ,

That's good news. Did you mean 655,000 from the original 800,000 or did I lose a 100,000 a long the way. It looks like it will take a 6-8 week period to clean it out. I notice in one of your posts a reference to the AMEX needing the price of the stock to get to a higher plateau. I would believe at todays price there is no better value for the Company to invest in than it's own stock. If we offered to buy back previously at .75 why wouldn't we raise that .10 and offer to buy back the overhang at todays price of .85 ,in an off market purchase. This would start the price up sooner and help in their listing efforts with the AMEX.

Joe, The TWC JV 320 million in contracts and the recently announced 48 million in contracts with Edge are really interesting to ponder, however I was thinking that it might be interesting to figure out where we are currently value per share wise without these additions. The most conservative figures we could use would be based on last quarters revenues of 6.3 million:

6.3 million $ x 4 = 25.2 million annualized which works out as follows on these revenue multiples:

2X revenues: 25.2 x 2 = 50.4 million/27 million shares = $1.87/share

2.5X revenues: $2.33/share

From the recent press release:

STRATFORD, Conn., Sept. 23 /PRNewswire/ -- DCI Telecommunications (OTC Bulletin Board: DCTC - news) an
international provider of telecommunications and Internet services, announced today that it expects revenues for the second
quarter of fiscal 1999 to exceed earlier expectations due to stronger than expected sales in North America and Europe. DCI
said second quarter revenues should surpass first quarter revenues by 60% to 70%.

If we adjust the numbers above to account for the expected 60-70% increase in revenues and annualize we get:

2x revenues multiple: + 60% = $2.99/share +70% = $3.18/share

2.5X revenues multiple: +60% = $3.73/share +70% = $3.96/share

In my view, this gives us some sort of base line of value we can count on and grow from. The nice thing about the TWC JV and the Edge contracts is that those additions will add revenues but not shares, so those contributions will have a direct effect on our value/share. Too bad our current stock price does not reflect more of this underlying value, but this doesn't mean that it's not actually there.
