re Can I sue Mutual fund manager for feeling cheated? Absolutely. I may join you, although I'm not a suing woman usually. My mutual funds are doing pitifully while my portfolio (thanks to DELL of course) is not nearly as pitiful as the "pros" results. Pain and suffering? Abolutely. All of you know the total anguish I was in during September. We definitely need a monetary reward to help ease the pain. In fact let's sue Nasdaq. Down 78 in one day, how do they expect investors to remain calm (that was our intent today remember) and peaceful and especially happy, under such conditions????? Kemble are you out there?
