I have the very same question? If Dell is doing so great as Michael keeps painting a rosy picture to all of us, then why did he sell so much of his stock in the sum of $260,000,000? Do you think he may be underhanded and telling everyone things they want to hear as opposed to what really is??

In Michael's position, I'd do the exact same thing. In reality, if you checked his insider trading history, I think you'd find a consistent pattern of this type of selling. Based on the size of the trades relative to the size of his equity and options positions, I do not see an alarming pattern.
