I agree. The ultra bearishness on this board has to be a contrary indicator.

I recall the other side of the coin in 1995. Seemed like everyone thought MU could never go down. They were of course forgetting that DRAM is a cyclical commodity business.

I see the other side of the equation now. The DRAM worm is turning, but many traders refuse to be flexible. It is now time for the up cycle. Demand continues strong, while the Asian companies are either closing plants or frantically begging for money to upgrade equipment.

Also consider that so many manufacturers have ignored DRAM and chosen to focus on "proprietary" chips for the networking and telecommunications market. Now those markets are glutted.

"New era" thinking is dangerous. DRAM is cyclical and always will be.

David -watching INTC and others --TXN -- I thought MU was a great short today . MU fooled me today as it done many times before.
One thing if all these software co keep getting beaten up because of reduced forture 500 spending look out PC bus too.
Short 27 2/4 and 28 from Friday too. Got greedy --Got burned
