It means there are people who are not interested in holding this stock for the short term. It is important to not mistake short term psychology for the long term kind. I think DELL's prospects for the long term remain very healthy. On a day what CSCO can take an $8 haircut after already getting whacked in recent days, I think many people have to wonder how bad it would be if the same thing happened to DELL. This is why I shorted 2/3rds of my equity against-the-box and covered it with calls this a.m. I can afford to leave a little on the table to preserve the greater whole. It is not a thinking man's market out there right now. It is very emotional. I decided to do the rational (by-the-numbers) thing this a.m., but not because I'm concerned about the fundamentals for DELL. I just don't like to lose. Regards, LoD
