Colt Receives Best Customer Service Award from TUA During UK Technology Week LONDON, Oct. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- COLT Telecommunications (COLT) has won one of the newly created Telecommunications Users Association (TUA) awards to commend best practice in the Telecom's and IT industries. COLT won Best Customer service in the Telecom's category and was presented with the award on 6 October at Earls Court, London, during UK Technology Week. Voted for by a panel of judges representing industry and the media, this TUA award mirrors COLT's success with the other main UK Telecoms users' body The Telecommunications Managers Association (TMA) who earlier this year awarded COLT the TMA Chairman's Award for Quality.
