Hi Brandy,

The DGIV info was researched months and months ago, but it has become clear that it needs to be re-visited for a status update. Fortunately, there are investors here who are willing to work together to confirm all is as it was. Your information is much appreciated as this group decides the paths to take first.

I can't speak for everyone, but speaking for myself, I don't expect to find any gloom and doom. I expect to find that things ARE as they were, and will be moving along as planned in the future. Plain and simple, we are trying to find "peace of mind" for everyone. That is my purpose in helping with this at least!

Now...when Laz gets access to a computer in Austin and reads your post and my reply, he might correct me, but this is the way I see this undertaking. Just normal DD done by people working together. As information is confirmed it will be posted.

Thanks for the luck...and the info! I would think someone will be following up on your advice soon.

E'Lane...

Good Morning Everyone...

Am just trying to catch up here... thanks E'Lane for holding down the fort!

Brandy, yes you are right! We should started this effort some time back. I can think up all kinds of excuse and reasons and justifications for that. But, the bottom line is that we didn't... not this kind of dd... and now, we are. Its as simple as that.

You know, it is real easy to assume reasons for not releasing information... and the easiest of all is to think of negative reasons, or worse yet, assign nefarious intent behind the non-actions. However, I can think a couple of reasons to not make some information available to all - that is, if I was sitting in Jimmy's shoes - and they have nothing to do with not having good intent. Sometimes, it is just a sound business practice.

Am I trying to defend the company? No. Am I trying to tear the company down? No. I am going into this thing with as neutral a stance as I can muster. My intent is to find a reason to believe, but not turn a blind eye toward obvious and glaring problems. That is my attitude... others may have a different attitude and / or motivation

Lazarus, checking in from Austin.
