There are different procedures in each country. The EU has gotten some what confusing. It used to be country by country, now I think you can get EU approval but still have to submit to pricing and labeling on a per country basis. Certainly their will be language problems in some countries so US approval probably would help.

I believe that approval in the US will speed approval elsewhere. In the past LGND IR expected approvals in the US to lead European approvals by 6-9 months.
