Henry,

Some number of posts ago Clark made a reference to pension funds and investments in hedge funds. Now admittedly there are hedge funds, then there are hedge funds. But I am still curious to know what, if any, restrictions might apply to pension funds investing in so called hedge funds or derivatives. Do you feel that the latest call for regulatory reviews should include pension funds?
By the way...your comments re: Cramer are right on the mark and I recently decided not to renew my street.com subscription partially because he seems so bellicose. Get enough of that on SI. <G>

TIA.

best,
Stitch

Hello Henry,, Someone at work told me that he read in the NY times, that LTCM had used the same collateral for multiple loans.. I would call that illegal..

>I generally like Cramer but sometimes he can be a pompous windbag.
