I am, however, a fan of the 49% picture, a Chiron-like deal with a strategic marketing partner. Before the next dufus comes along and tells me about Chiron and what the deal did to them (and, from my perspective, the poor, abused money)..... please don't. Each company and management team will come up with a different route, and today's sector is ripe for consolidation. I'd like to see what Johnson could do with the cash.
