I've asked twice, once via the fax number and once per phone call...maybe they just don't like me...I'm not pressing the issue because I know that I'll be attending the convention in a few days and they should have plenty of material on hand there... just spent the last 10-15 minutes going though the earlier posts and have found what I was looking for ....I have answered my own question about the specifics on the CAPSCAN but came up with another....give me some time so that I can read the material and see if I might find my own answer...again...don't think this one has been mentioned but will double check just in case. Also, now that I have a more conceptual idea on the product, I can further comment on it's viability...without as much egg on my face.
