Cosmo, I think Asensio is well prepared for this eventuality. Probably has a Florida house and residency, which can never be taken by legal or other means under an archaic homesteaders act that stopped the carpet baggers from taking family homes in the depression. It finds many ill uses now and the pols are bribed to keep it on the books. As to other assets they will find fog. His real fear is any criminal indictment by the feds. civil stuff is flykicks to him, he hardly feels them, but he does not want to experience new romantic involvements of the involuntary kind in prison. Cosmo, your back! I see Bill is still here as well. Well Cosmo, for your sake and maybe mine I hope Gary turns on the pr engine and rocks gki as I covered last Monday at 3 1/2. Good Luck with what ever you do. I have been following HEB for around two months (its a long story) but the short of it was I followed HEB up it's run to 12 3/4 and didn't to enough through DD and thus didn't short it. Concerning the lawsuit old Doc. Carter won against DuPont on a technicality, however he'll have a much worthier opponent with Asensio. Ultimatly it will be the small investor who looses his shirt with HEB. Anyway it's time for me to move on. I'll keep GKI in my "Watch porfolio" just in case it gets exciting again.
