M.D.B: I believe Anti-Trust Regulations require a Corporate Lawyer to
be present to record the Minutes of any Meeting whenever 3 or more are gathered to "Network".

Usually such meetings ,like in the Lysine price fixing scandal are held off site at a lower level with no Minutes. Unfortunately and unknown to them ,hidden Microphones are usually recording their game plans.

We will have to wait and see how this plays out.!

This is ridiculous. All us us who invest in networking stocks are being punished over this nonsense. What's next, DNA testing of John Roth's suit ?
