M.D.B: I believe Anti-Trust Regulations require a Corporate Lawyer to be present to record the Minutes of any Meeting whenever 3 or more are gathered to "Network". Usually such meetings ,like in the Lysine price fixing scandal are held off site at a lower level with no Minutes. Unfortunately and unknown to them ,hidden Microphones are usually recording their game plans. We will have to wait and see how this plays out.!
