If they are unregistered, do they not have voting rights, if they do, who has signing authority to vote on their behalf?

Loewen, buy the way is the UK brokerage which was doing the buying prior to the UK news release. I guess they were disappointed the stock didn't run up like the pre netpartners announcement.
