Folks,

The only way to play this news is to accept it and move on. If we believe the article is BS, we should use the imperfect information provided now to our advantage. At some point ORCL will bottom from this news. At next earnings should we beat estimates again the market will likely forget this little episode and hop back on. It's just makes our holdings longer term than some of us might like.

How to benefit from this if you think ORCL is a winner? Average down in steps should the price go lower. There may even be a point or two in it for the shorts should you feel inclined. A longer termed short is a little scary IMO though. Things are turning posititvely for this company.

I'm feeling some frustration on this one too. 3 quarters of exceeding estimates, a fundamental shift in the attitude and direction of the company, and still the stock gets no respect.
