The rest of the message is garbled incantations of the craps shooter, trying to influence the dice. Except the last one --- it is not Daddy who needs new shoes, it is Baby, thus Come to Daddy. Touching return to the days when simple workers were so eager to clothe their children well that they would gamble their pay (against the odds) to do so. But those were nobler, more moral times.
