Dennis, I'll let MG respond specifically as he is much better at issue than I am. I believe the real battleground today and in this market is the OEX. The exchange between MG and myself reflected that we were looking at this battle with apprehension. The fact the market held 470 at least lets us fight the battle another day. FWIW I show the support on the S&P at 970. Coincidently, this was the level at the beginning of the year. I don't follow the NAZ because of the ridiculous weighting of the top 10. Berney
