Your guess on the reduction of the long term loan is reasonable. It does bring up another question - where is the money received from the sale of Bio?

I tend to doubt that J. O'Keefe is one of the four because there were receivables from him in 1997 also. If we were getting payment on the share issue in 1997, I would think EUTO would have announced that last year.

Since there are no receivables from Specialty Products, I guess we can assume they aren't selling any vitamins. :)

Isn't it fun dissecting a company!!

This statement is pretty important. Means that the shares reduction is not even taken into account yet.
