Theory....today was a good day to take profits on gold under the guise of the IMF rumor...which has already been denied by G7 participants.

LT...those asa leaps look very underpriced. asa as a proxy for SA mines has secondary explosion power greater than NEM. When gold breaks 320 then 335 the SA's should skyrocket.

A post on the Stock Market Bubble thread links to a Princeton Economics Institute Paper dated 10/3/98 that indicates we will hear about many proposals to restructure world monetary system along with possibilities of IMF "liquefying" assets (selling its gold reserves).
