I'm quite certain Bumbat will open and operate again. The decision to operate is however, not MGR's alone. Unless there is some serious misreading of intents, both MAC, and MGR, as well as all employees, the government of Mongolia, all suppliers, and other foreign investors would benefit in seeing Bumbat restart. As the common goal would appear to be decided on, it would seem that one of the many paths to reach this goal will be taken.

There may be some reason why someone might not want the mine to be restarted, but it would have to be quite Macavellian (sp?) and contrary to the tide determined by the decision makers for this to occur.
