There are too many and each have different margin requirments. The full service permits everything and takes one heck of a commission. What to do? Glenn, I had just one (full/on-line discount) each a few months ago. Then I added the second on-line broker for flexibility and convenience. But I now recognize that two on-line brokers may be too many. Btw, I am looking at YHOO's puts, if Yhoo rides its earnings to a new high(over $135) tomorrow, I maybe able to get Oct 140 puts for under $10. Comments? Thanks.
