smartin, re: clusters of flops

Thank God there's only four more days of this (#reply-5829244). Then we can all get back to our regularly scheduled program. After a few weeks of Eggs-On Valdez, Ringo Staris, and Auntie Bash, Telemundo is looking awfully good right now.

Really interesting...

The three hypesters (Antibash, Spidey, and Rico) gave one story and very forcefully called the bashers 'idiots' and 'clueless'. The we find out that their story about what went on in the courtroom is completely different than that of the presiding Judge.. mmmmm... Baldfaced lies coupled with condescending insults... Seems they've been tripped up by their own words.

Where does all this leave AZNT? Lets review the facts again:

Sells dietary supplements (not a bad business) along with 100 or so other companies

Has published no recent financials

Has no patent protection or exclusive rights to anything but their trademarks

Has (as far as we know) no significant earnings or profit

Issues some bizzare PR about evil shorters

Is orchestrating a massive short squeeze that requires longs to mail their share certificates to the company (and therefore to miss out on any squeeze induced stock appreciation)

Has some employees with a somewhat shady and litigous background

Has gone through about three TA's and is now acting as its own TA

Has a present market cap of close to $100 M US dollars

Very interesting. Personally, I prefer companies to spend their time and resources making money NOT attempting to manipulate markets with supposed short squeezes. Perhaps we are entering the end game?
