That's all very interesting, but what has it got to do with Proposition 13 and the high cost of housing in the SF Bay Area and Oracle's difficulty in finding and keeping qualified labor? In the future, please try to stay on topic. <vbg>

The best way to deal with this abuse is to vote the republicans out in the November elections. Then they will think twice about ignoring the will of the electorate to have this matter behind us.
