Ed, you must ask yourself how they transport more than 21,000 BOD. A pipeline cost a bundle, in that area, probably in excess of a million per mile, but this is a guess (could be less).

As for the price of oil, Strain might be right in assuming $19/barrel in 2000 (I do not have a price target, but if deflation stays with us, we might be well in the range of $8 to $12 for the next two years). In any event, the market calculates HEC's price at today's crude, and my understanding is that the quality of the Columbian crude is not as good as West Texas, so it should sell at a discount to West Texas.
