1. As of 7/31/98, outstanding shares = $799,060 profit/.008 EPS = 99,882,500 shares. (Darn close to 100,000,000 shares)

2. Their 9/29/98 news release said:

<<The obligation to Eutro of these two companies, at Tuesday's market price, would approach
approximately 20 million shares of stock.>>

This doesn't say the 2 companies owe 20,000,000 shares of stock. It says, to me, that the money they owe would purchase 20,000,000 shares in that day's market ($.03).
