Ken, measure the short position by the days to cover ratio. Based on the avg. vol. the short position as last reported would take about seven days of avg. vol. to cover. I think that the stock is bouncing off the psychological barrier at 20 and it was certainly helped by Wal-Mart's earning's report today. CNS opened up almost one point this morning. I am not familiar with CNS and did not read into the stock's fundamentals at all.

My prognastications for this week have turned out well. BGEN and MOT were both up over 3 points at the end of today's session. My short ORCL is going in the right direction. ABT didn't do much today, but I think it will be my best pick this week. I brought up GAC over the weekend in discussions with DD. Nice little pop today from GAC, this stock belongs in investors portfolios. MACR will benefit from the internet interest that YHOO is going to stir up. Comments and discussion are welcome.

I've received more PM's over the last week than there have been posts on this thread. I think that everyone is tired of the market's uncertainty and the lack of follow through on buying spurts. Don't be discouraged !!!!! I do think that the volatility will continue for several months, but we can continue to find opportunities for investing and position trades (hold for a few days).

So, where's everyone ? Let's hear your ideas and let's have some spirited discussion once again !!!!!!!
