Instead we have this flirtatious dipsy-doodle to maintain pricing while the money leaves. That is for the joe six packs benefit. If they pull out then all the big boys don't have time to hit the exits. I will always believe that THEY scared the water out of THEMSELVES last October and decided that they needed to be smarter about getting their money out. Kinda like they woke up and figured out they were shooting the wrong guys. :-) Monty
