Personally, I don't see what the point of downgrading an already beaten up stock, in a battered sector is...unless they are buying...

<recommended list" to "market outperform".....> the difference is buy today and buy tomorrow; surprise these no-clues have that much clout; and one of the reason posting ""no-clues"" was to get the msg across SI that one should not pay too much exact attention to these upgrades/downgrades, imo; SI reaches is far and wide and some people within specific SI track knows more than these no-clues; imo, it's time for SI to be a force out there-
