don't know what planet benjy is on -- truly bizarre, then again, i have the new york times
article archived in which another of these "analysts" justified amzn's stock price by
claiming that they'd soon be selling cigars (nothing yet despite monica-induced mass
hysteria), toys (oops, e toys), women's lingerie ... blah blah blah -- the scary part is that
these people actually take themselves seriously!

This is a problem that I see Walmart is trying to attack before it eats into their top line. Walmart announced this AM they are opening another 150 superstores in 1999. I do not have the full text. My news is on another computer. I am sure one could locate it with a search in a news service under WMT. AMZN is causing fear in the retail world.
