Dixon, that is pure BS that "Ailouros knew this going into the agreement and evidently have jumped at the
chance to get REFR stock at $15." If that were the case they would be buying the stock now at much lower prices and drive it up to $15.

Also, if REFR does not need the funds they are doing current shareholders a grave dis-service by diluting the stock at low prices to get funds they don't need.
