It's funny how lawsuits sound so attractive, particularly if your not used to being involved in them. HEB is like a kid in his Sunday go to meeting clothes who stopped on his way to church to pick a fight with the neighborhood bully because he's been calling him names. While we'll find out how strong HEB's is, the fact remains HEB's got a lot to loose with little chance of winning. IMO HEB is better off keeping the battle on their turf of using the conflicting studies, results, and experts of their own choosing. In the court of public opinion you don't need prove anything, just present a plausible story.

doug what a nightmare being short heb must be for you. i feel your pain, imagine the major break outs and buying in heb came from overseas market, imagining what a sweat job for you waking up in the am wondering if heb cracked 10 dollars again due to heavy buying overnight, hope you dont wake up one day and find out you're broke because you trusted asenio's medical opinions, know where dr carter got his training, please post the medical school asenio graduated from cant find that info anywhere????? cav
