I don't know of any reason. I see it bounced off it's low of the day prior to the close. This thing has been hammered of late. Has anyone done a detailed analysis of the aquisition? I really don't see it being a bad buy. Is it all perception here?

Could someone explain to me what PPD is planning to do with
all their recent acquisitions? The acquisitions don't appear
to be directly related to their main business (offering legal
services). I'm concerned that the company is losing its focus.

The deal with Conseco looks good.
