Yes they do... the total placement was $ 10,753K up to a maximum number of 2,100K shares. Conversion may begin starting Oct 8 at a price equal to the average of the closing price of two (lowest)
trading days within the last 30 days.... the maximum price for conversion is $ 16.125 per share, there is no minimum price....

That's a strong enough reason to keep the shares under pressure but this technique could fire back if the shorts start covering or some piece of good news comes along the way... because the negative feelings already took place when the stock was beating down during the last week of July and first of August, again, IMO.

One thing I forgot to comment was that if the stock holds its price at this level and may look like it will take off anytime those who took the placement and want to convert got to do it quickly before their shares start to get more expensive... the placement has like a 6% return so I don't think this rate of return has that much of attraction to avoid any conversion....

BTW, there are news 10/05 from AND... they are offering some of their headsets thru Wal-Mart on line shopping network...
