no we say shurrs and chareles kris. stock is 'being' cancelled ! Actually what you said was that it "had been" cancelled. On Monday. Now. A question: how can a company unilaterally cancel stock that it doesn't own? Were this possible, I think there'd be a lotta nervous investors out there. One imagines that some sort of suit would have to be brought, and that those whose stock was being cancelled would have the opportunity to present their own point of view. Must ask my lawyer friend.
