Jeff,

If you are putting together a new system, you may be better off going with ATX design, like FIC PA-2013. You get 4 PCI slots and 3 DIMM slots.

Jeff,

Both of FIC VA-503+ and PA-2013 are optimized for AMD K6. Their 112/124Mhz bus speeds and 1 MB L2 cache patch K6 shortage in memory subsystems very well.

For MII, I would suggest you to get Microstar MS-5169 or Gigabyte SG100. I have no problems to run a Cyrix PR266 (208Mhz) at 100x2.5 on both boards. At 250Mhz, M2 is faster than an oc C-450A on most applications except the 3D games.
