John, I predicted -.05 for 1997 EPS, based on 20 million shares.

It was an educated guess, based on how screwed up 1996 was, and how much Ira liked to blow money (Trump Tower office, etc.) as well as costs associated with new offices in 1997 (Houston, etc.).

I have no idea whether they are making any money now. The business is totally different now that staff leasing makes up most of the revenues. Was Myriad profitable? Who knows.

I can't think of any outstanding O/S reduction that would drive it up to 50 cents, unless Arif let them all go and the shareholders found a new CEO. The stock needs profits and shareholder confidence to rise, and I don't see much confidence in Arif.

I haven't owned FAMH for a while. Once I determined officers were lying about earnings, I took that as a big hint to sell.
