Jeff--I'm looking at shorting utilities as well. However, now is not the right time. Many investors in the "flight to quality" have yet to realize that a jump into utes is a one way trip off the edge of a cliff into the dark abyss of y2k. Utes will go higher. I think you must pick your ute victims carefully. Some will drop like rocks earlier than others. IMHO the earlier the better. "flatsville"
