I was a broker for 16 years. I'm not trying to minimize the nature of the information, but in my opinion it would be very unusual to be in the securities business as long as Barry Stein and not have some minor infractions.

After reviewing the information, it appears Barry was never charged with any kind of embezzlement or misappropriation of client funds. I see no evidence that he caused any investors to lose money. If he had, the fines would have been much steeper, and I would consider that serious. As for me, this is not a significant issue affecting my investment in FNTN.

Yours truly,

Ringman

ALL: IMHO FNTN still has all the characteristics which will make it a winner:
- the potential of the intranet market is beyond doubt. As showed by many articles posted on this thread there is a huge need for the solutions FNTN offers.
- the quality and vision of the FNTN management team is proven. The intention to acquire IDB was part of a vision which looked rewarding half a year ago. To me it is even more vision and guts to reconsider and decide NOT to acquire IDB.
The world is rapidly changing. Adapting vision is crucial. FNTN management DOES and ACTS. Chapeaux!
- FNTN is very close with Siemens. And the other way around. The Wall Street Journal Europe last week listed Siemens as '1 of the top 8 MUST HAVE stocks' in Europe.
Siemens needs success stories in the US to gain US market share. Before picking FNTN as their 'showcase for advanced Multi-Media solutions' they have done their homework. The last thing they want is being linked to a loser.

And last but not least, how would YOU act:
- the FNTN management members can get a job anywhere they like, at their conditions. Yet, they have been in FNTN for about 2 years. Being rewarded in shares mainly. Why do you think they stay?
If they were to play dirty tricks, wouldn't they have sold and left when we hit $2? How easy would it have been to release some made up news those days to get the price to $ 3 or 4 levels? By then the market was so eager that they could have done so easily.
I think they play a fair game and that they feel they have a winner.

I see and read many things regarding FNTN. The above is what makes me happy and gives me confidence. Just my opinion and feeling. Look and feel YOURSELF about FNTN and then decide to buy, stay or sell.
Long and strong on FNTN!
Cheers, Robert
