RE: CADE

Doug,

Is the 3 dRSI trick still in process with CADE? If so, what can we expect in price movement over the next few days?

Thanks,

upstock

Doug,

OK, here goes: It appears to me that SPYG is at a real crossroads here. The long term 5 wave sequence started on 12-29-97, wave 1 peak on 1-21-98, wave 2 low on 2-9-98, then a very large extended wave 3 that peaked on 4-16-98, followed by a complex correction wave 4 that bottomed on 8-17-98. Now the fun begins. Wave 5 might have ended the sequence with a double top on 8-25-98, we will know for sure if the wave 4 low of 9 5/8 on 8-17-98 is taken out. If not and the uptrend of the lows of 12-29-97 and 8-17-98 holds, you could run again to the wave 5 high of 8-25-98 or maybe a little higher. It seems to me that either way, a very low risk trade is occurring in here at about 11 with a maximum downside of 9 5/8 and an upside to at least 16.

How'd I do Doc??
