Perhaps the big share volume (50k) at the close was not an actual sell(s), but merely 1 MM transfering (or whatever the technical word is) shares to another. I believe we have seen this type of move in the past (at the close). Certainly, we cannot know for sure whether this was a sell or transfer, but a MM transfer would certainly explain why the price did not drop along with the volume.
