It looks like Pfizer and Schering are going at it regarding Zyrtec and Claritin.

Initially PFE was claiming that Zyrtec did not cause drowsiness which was disputed by Schering.

My point... just another feather in SEPR's cap with their patent of the Zyrtec isomer. IMO, this kind of news puts pressure on PFE to get that side effect out of the drug or get SQUASHED by Claritin.

Does anyone know of a company that can do that for them? :)

Bruce:

Thanks for your info. regarding Nightly Business News. As far as the increased average daily volume is concerned with the stock price going higher, I personally view that as very positive, since it is indicative of Accumulation by institutional funds.

Also, notice that we seem to be holding very well above the 50-DMA which sits around the $59 area. We have successfully tested it several times during the last week or so, and bounced off the daily lows to close in the low $61 level. We even did that today as well. I was very concerned on the gap-up opening this morning but then the price drifted down to fill that gap around the $61 1/2-$62 area. This should lead to a more sustained up-leg very shortly. Most of my TA indicators are turning positive, and with any good news release, we should see the price take out the all-time high of $72 3/4. GOOD LUCK.
