The stock price drop can easily be explained by the current market conditions. The poor shareholder relations can easily be explained by

1. Management too busy (maybe, maybe not)
2. Management too disorganized (maybe maybe not)
3. Management fraudulent (maybe, maybe not)
4. Management incompetent (maybe, maybe not)
5. Management disrespectful of shareholders. No maybe about it.
