My short term target will be to return to the 28 area. At that price I will reduce exposure and let the profits gained from buying down here run on their own.

What does your technical chart's crystal ball give you as a target?

if you don't mind me askin, which charts? are showing tec. buy signals? i am trying to learn charting and am presently looking at 3mo/daily on big charts and am not sure what is what/. greatly apperciate any enlightment. tyia.

am a long time observer of vtss and this is my first venture into it. missed several previous golden opportunities. hope to finally catch one this time without losing what fingers i have left.
