Are there any other reasons for issuing stock options to a shareholder other than in lieu of payment? Your last answer would be a conflict of interest for this particular stock holder. I want to satisfy myself that I have given this stock holder the benefit of the doubt.

(I apologize for being so cryptic but it is best I just ask these questions for the time being. Please bear with me.)

Thanks,
JEB

NT,

This is a link to a Fortune magazine article on BT and the 'Wolfman':

I believe this is a conflict of interest for the Wolfman.
